Very nicely decorated bar with a good selection of house cocktails. Nice bartender who made drinks quickly and excellent dirty martinis. We stayed for cocktails and focaccia before heading to dinner.

Ordered a cocktail and wine with some food and I was really impressed! Both food and drinks were reasonably priced and the pasta was the best I'd had in Launceston! Food was amazing and made with fresh ingredients. Definitely would recommend.

I’m not easily impressed, meandering through the man made passage ways that make up beautiful Launceston presented our group with this hidden gem. Bar Stelo and the most amazing staff that truly compliment this establishment with a level of professionalism seldom seen. Friendly warm atmosphere, not minimalistic but just the right decor to not overpower the visual impression. I notice the small things down to every label facing forwards on every bottle. Faultless cocktails. And the whisky selection and its quality would be far too dangerous to explore even in two sittings. Thank you for showing me the level of care and passion that other establishments fail to achieve

Huzzah! Finally a great cocktail bar for Launceston. Such a great location on George Street with an incredibly chic interior. The cocktails are amazing, perfectly balanced and a broad selection to suit anyone. And the service is outstanding, a testimony to the owners hospitality pedigree. Be sure to book ahead as I imagine this hot little spot is going to be the place to be this summer.
