A lovely popup restaurant in Newcastle. This round’s menu features Southeast Asian flavours - delicious and well balanced. Definitely worth checking out.

Had an incredible dinner experience at Donda last night. Food was so tasty and the best Asian fusion we’ve had. Can’t wait to come back and try the next chapter!

Couldn’t fault DONDA if I tried Atmosphere was super vibey. The food was phenomenal, especially the wagyu tartare + the crack cucumber. Food came out in stages with perfect timing, pretty decent portion sizes and super fresh but the perfect temperature for eating. The service was impeccable, the staff were so friendly and attentive, overall this was an awesome experience and I highly recommend DONDA!

A fab night out at Donda for my husband’s birthday. Food was exceptional, attentive and friendly service from the staff and a lovely, cosy atmosphere at one of our favourite brekky faves (but night edition)! So hard to choose our favourite dish as everything was so flavoursome - but highly recommend the kingfish ceviche, lamb rump, Brussels sprouts (wow), cacio e pepe and mousse dessert!

Incredible!! What a winner of a place this is to allow a cafe space to become a restaurant by night and execute it with great energy, enthusiasm, service and sensational food! My wife and I enjoyed everything about our night. The kingfish ceviche, the crack cucumber (could get so hooked, I’d have to get down the the methadone clinic), lamb Gyoza, beef tataki (I’d say it’s tartare compared to tataki) but still amazing and our first experience of clams. The orange wine was on point as well as the purple drank (Ube gin sour) was a great addition to our night.. We were then persuaded with the aero mousse for dessert and couldn’t pass it up as everything else had been so good. We look forward to the next menu you guys create and will be booking a table!
