We had our Anniversary lunch yesterday- lobster special- with oysters prawns and dessert. Such brilliant cooking wih incredible service reminiscent of Le Bronx- thank you team for making our day special โค๏ธ๐
Such a great experience. If youโre looking for an amazing meal , amazing service from an institution of a Brisbane Restaurant- Ecco is the spot. Family owned business where the owners are front and centre , and the food and venue are just awesome which compliments everything. We tend to pop into this restaurant a couple of times of the year to support our local restaurants and Ecco always impress us. The current banquet was just delicious and very well priced . Anastasia, our waitress was awesome. Mary and Philip the owners came and said hello and it was good to wish everyone happy New Year The complimentary bread was delicious, the smoked butter was absolutely divine The entree dishes of the tuna, tartan, main dishes of the sirlon steak, and the fish , topped with the most incredible Pavlova and chocolate dessert, it was all five star ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ Even the soda water that they offer was delicious. We loved the soda water ๐ If youโre a local or from out of town, drop in to this beautiful restaurant.
Celebrated my birthday here with 12 family and friends. We had the private dining area and had the most wonderful time. Staff were highly attentive and left us wanting for nothing. Drinks were flowing and meals came quickly, never had to ask for more of anything. On top of great service, the food is incredible. The whole group commented on the quality of each dish, just mouth watering. The paired wines were carefully selected and matched hte food perfectly. Do yourself a favour and go to E'cco Bistro for a meal. You won't be dissappointed.
We had an amazing time dining at e'cco bistro! The food was absolutely delicious โ every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. As Brazilians, it was a lovely surprise to meet the chef, who is also Brazilian. He even came to our table personally to serve us dessert, which made the experience feel even more special. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the team went above and beyond โ they surprised us with a thoughtful gift that truly made our night. The service was impeccable from start to finish. And you must try the pavlova โ it's out of this world! Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable evening. Weโll definitely be back!
We revisited Eโcco Bistro last month for my second birthday dinner, this time with family, and it was such a beautiful night. Eโcco has been part of Brisbaneโs dining scene since 1995, and this year theyโre celebrating their 30th anniversary; such an incredible milestone for a restaurant that has become such an icon. Itโs owned by Philip Johnson and his wife, Mary Randles, and the food is modern Australian with a focus on seasonal, flavoursome dishes. Because we were a bigger group, we went with the set menu and it was absolutely fantastic. Every dish was full of flavour and made our bellies very happy! The staff were also amazing; especially Mary who was looking after us that night. She was so accommodating and funny, had us laughing all night, and really made the evening feel extra special. They were more than happy to cater for intolerances and even had a vegan menu for my sister, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed some delicious wines that paired perfectly with the food. Iโve always loved Eโcco Bistro and honestly canโt believe I hadnโt left a review before now (sorry guys!) Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful evening!
