Kingfish Tartare is really fresh (love the smokiness) and the sauce is tasty. We had dinner with Chef Jessica, she was so excited about the new menus in Garcon Bleu (this is not our first time here) and she explained everything passionately and answered all of my question about the foods. Daniel is the best sommelier, he paired all the wines beautifully and explained like how sommeliers in winery do.
What a way to finish the year. Incredible New Yearโs Eve dining at Garรงon Bleu ๐ฝ๏ธ๐ฅ Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, refined, rich, and absolutely unforgettable. From the first bite to the last, the food was flawless and the service made the night feel special. Perfect atmosphere, perfect food, perfect way to welcome the new year. Highly recommend for a special occasion ๐ค๐พ
An outstanding dining experience. The food was exceptional, but the service truly elevated the evening - impeccable, attentive, and thoughtful without being intrusive. Every detail was spot on, right down to the perfectly crafted cocktails. A memorable experience from start to finish.
Mixed feelings - service was good...almost over -serviced, as in. ..can we be left alone for 5 minutes please? Entree (bread, olives, butter, pate) and side vegetable dishes were delish. I ordered Barramundi for main meal which was disappointing (too much capsicum, therefore quite acidic) and dessert was aok. I had arranged for a surprise dessert for my friend's 50th and left clear instructions to let it be a surprise. No available candles or sparklers even though arranged ahead of booking. The waitress (dressed in black, not the general waitress) came out with the dessert and said "here's your meal" and then realised "oh yeh, happy birthday" - ๐. View and decor, lovely. Mocktails were great.
Garรงon Bleu was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely fantastic; it was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Their wine selection is outstanding, and the sommelier was knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about guiding us to the perfect choice. The service truly elevated the night. Every staff member was attentive and welcoming, and our bartender, Tom C., was especially great. He was friendly, skilled, and made us feel right at home. It was a perfect spot for a date night and weโll absolutely be back.
