Itโ€™s been some time since Iโ€™ve had a food experience like this. Absolutely outstanding food, and bad ass cheffy stuff here. I adored every morsel and moment. Do yourself a favour and experience it for yourself.

Juniper & Bay is a lovely French restaurant located in Como, Perth and their menu serves a vast variety of dishes. We came here as a family of four and had a very enjoyable time. The interior was beautiful and low-lit whilst the staff were very passionate and friendly. The favourites here had to be the oven roasted duck! It was cooked so perfectly and each bite just melts in your mouth. The sauce was pleasantly balanced and the duck fat potatoes were so addictive. Would highly recommend checking out this restaurant if youโ€™re looking for a great French dining experience.

Weโ€™ve had the opportunity to dine at Juniper & Bay on numerous occasions, by ourselves, with family and with friends, and they have never failed to impress us with their hospitality, the quality of the food or the creativity of the dishes. They do a two course serving for $68 or three courses for $87, which, given the amazing dishes, is great value. Water, sparkling or still, is free, as is the freshly baked bread. We went with the prawn bisque soup & grilled scallops to start with, followed by the lamb โ€˜Wellingtonโ€™ and beef fillet steak. Before our entrees arrived we were provided with an amuse bouche, in the form of a delightful watermelon gazpacho, which certainly awoke my palate. The bisque soup was silky smooth however the scallops took my breath away, so plump, moist & delicious. Both our mains were perfectly cooked, moist and pink but it was the sauces/jus that really elevated the meat. The side dish of duck fat potatoes was moorish. Our deserts, red wine poached pear, and โ€˜gin and tonicโ€™ were the perfect end to our meal. My wife absolutely loved the gin espuma & granita but the cucumber jelly and dill sorbet again elevated it to an amazing dessert. I highly recommend dining at Juniper & Bay, it is one of our favourites - will be back again and again.
