Lovely food especially Escargots and signature bisque soup. Finish off with delicious deserts and beautiful relaxing atmonsphere with warmth yet not overly formal. Very suitable for couples and small groups of friends.
Solid French restaurant in Chowder bay. Lovely views of the bay - ask to be seated near the window. Food was traditional French bistro style, the plates aren’t for sharing, but the staff is happy-ish to accommodate if sharing is your thing. Even though everything was fresh and delicious, we didn’t feel like coming back mostly cause the service is a bit standoff-ish, but other than that - great place for a date or to take your parents out.
Highlight of the meal were the scallops and the pistachio creme brulee! The lobster was really good too, however one of the piece of lobster meat was slightly mushy and didnt seem to be as fresh as the other two. Overall a great experience - I loved every single dish.
Ten-star French Restaurants offer a grand experience of contemporary French cuisine. Innovative, polished, and highly flavorful. Each dish is a sophisticated study of French gastronomy, brought to life with modern flair, and the technique is precise. The bone marrow tartare is distinctive for its rich texture and flavor. There's an irreplaceable gourmet appetizer of tuna tataki, lightly seared and delicately added to a tangy sauce. For mains, the steak and fries offer classic comfort, tender, juicy steak with crunchy fries. Special mention goes to the gnocchi: pillowy soft and smooth, it's one of the best I've ever eaten. Creativity and tradition blend in desserts, with a meld of French and Filipino staples. A profiterole with layers of leche flan, coconut, calamansi, and pistachio is a revelation. The elevated turon adds classic warmth to the elegant table. Thanks to Head Chef Joessy for the unique gastropub experience and Restaurant Manager Killian for the courteous service. It's delicious a truly satisfying dining experience from start to finish.
My lunch experience at L’Heritage Mosman was exceptional. The food, service, and ambiance were all on point — and the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. We started with the caviar, scallop, and beef bone marrow truffle tartare, which were solid entrées (around 3.5/5). The mains, however, were the real highlight. We ordered the fish of the day and the duck, and both dishes were beautifully balanced. The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, with flesh that melted in the mouth. Dessert — a collaboration with Chef Miko — was a huge success. Their mango and berry crêpe tart was phenomenal 🔥. Overall, L’Heritage is a fantastic restaurant destination for a special occasion — elegant, refined, and truly memorable.
