Your staff are absolute gem - professional, friendly and welcoming. The food was top-notch, and I am so glad that even after having to rebook three times (we were sick), my husband and I finally made it and stuck to coming down to Ludo. We opted for the "Feed Me" menu, and I am so glad we did because we would have probably missed out on food which we would have never thought to order. The vibe and atmosphere was cozy, warm and romantic. I really liked how it was separate from the restaurants above. Pianist was just plus towards a lovely dinner.
Beautiful restaurant with top notch French cuisine and European cocktails. We did the feed me menu which would be good value if it included some dessert. The standout dishes for me were the beef tartare, lamb, pomme frittes, mash and sausage. The vol au vent mixture was delicious but the pastry tasted stale which was a bit disappointing because they were raved about by friends. The barramundi didnโt taste fresh, likely it was frozen and everyone left it. We found the bombe Alaska way too sweet, it needed more icecream to meringue/sticky date sauce ratio. All the cocktails were fantastic and they have an amazing wine selection to choose from. The service was good although we felt rushed at the end when they asked us what we wanted for dessert, bought it out and then said we only had 10 mins left of our booking.
Such an experience to dine here. Atmosphere is top notch with a live pianist, lighting and decor. Staff are all extremely friendly, will crack a joke and be professional. Food is very good as well, you really feel like youre paying for what you get. We got the beef tartare which was very well prepared (perhaps a dash of salt would elevate the dish) and delicious. For main, the duck breast blew us away. The meat was tender and juicy and so flavourful. I simply could not get enough of the parsnip puree underneath it was so amazing. The creme brulee and dark chocolate ganache were very nice too. While not a fan of dark choc usually, the hazelnut gelato and honeycomb really pulled the dish together and was super enjoyable to eat. Creme brulee was so nice and creamy too! The wines and cocktails were all a massive hit and i definetly recommend the berry spritz! Definetly will be back again, this was such a good and splendid experience.
Wonderful little restaurant. Walked in on a Sunday evening to a pianist playing and setting some lovely vibes. Food was amazing, got some caviar bumpers and lots of sharing plates. Only let down on the food was the main duck which was quite chewy.

The menu is small but carefully crafted, with each dish as beautiful as it is delicious.
