The best customer service we have ever received, truly faultless. From the wait staff to the chef, we were looked after with such kindness and genuine care. The service was prompt, friendly, and made us feel so welcome.The food was exceptional, with incredible quality in every dish. We were honestly speechless at how outstanding the entire experience was.Other restaurants could learn a lot from the level of customer service at Parker’s. Service was excellent but the food was faultless. I’m not a steak fan but OMG the vegie option was exceptional! Loved it! My husband and our other dinner companions loved their steaks. Cooked perfectly and each enjoyed the preferred sauces.

Had the Rib eye, good cut of meat, great quantity, the basting sauce was good but needed a bit of salt and pepper still. The steak was cooked good not great as I ordered medium and it was more medium rare. Fries needed more seasoning as well bit of salt but cooked well crispy and fresh. The restaurant is set in old style building which is unique dining experience. I was put in a corner unfortunately. Although the kitchen was about to close the staff was really accommodating and polite. Overall great value for money much better than the steak joints around it. For example if I had to choose between Squire's, Emerge or Parker's, I'd choose Parker's hands down. Much more quality and taste for slightly cheaper price, making them undercut their competition big time. Definitely would go there again. Perfect for a good date.
