We had a wonderful experience. Top service, food was absolutely incredible, would eat it everyday if I could. Special mention to robim and Evan who served us. Absolute legends.

We dined at Saba at Hotel Jardine and had such a memorable experience. Our waiter, Connor, was fantastic — friendly, genuinely attentive, and always appearing at the right moments without ever feeling intrusive. He checked in thoughtfully, made great suggestions, and really added to the whole evening. The venue itself has a relaxed, coastal feel — tasteful, calm, and perfectly suited to the area. From the moment we arrived, the service across the board felt next level. Everyone was accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, and everything flowed seamlessly. The food was a real standout. The whole market kingfish wrapped in banana leaf was incredible — fragrant, juicy, and beautifully cooked. The grilled king brown mushrooms on skewers were wonderful and full of flavour. The oysters were nice, though not the highlight, while the Hervey Bay scallops were absolutely beautiful. Dessert was a real highlight. I can’t remember the exact names, but one was a dessert cocktail paired with banana bread, and the other was a rich peanut butter chocolate log — both were sensational and the perfect finish. Overall, Saba delivered on atmosphere, food, and service — and we’d happily return. Highly recommend.

YUM, yum and MORE yum! We live locally and were very happy that this restaurant opened and was so warm, spacious, sophisticated, relaxed and inviting at the same time. The atmosphere and extremely professional and friendly staff reminded me of several very nice Melbourne restaurants I love. The service was faultless and every member of the waitstaff, and especially the sommelier, were amazing and so attentive. The food was EXQUISITE. We did not sample the multiple course menu at our visit, but rather chose to share some plates to try out some of the menu. Each was absolutely delicious! HIGHLY recommend. We will be back!

Everything about this was amazing! The food was on point - did the 5 course buffet - not to much - just delicious morsels of perfection. Service was great, wine was great! So glad this is so close to home - we will 100% be back!
