I just had an hour and a half flora and fauna tour with Franz. He has been working at the Estate here for many years, and shared his knowledge on the transformation of the original pineapple farm to how it has become the beautiful manicured gardens it is now. Franz even shared photos dating over the past 70 years. His knowledge explaining every name of the trees, plants and flowers is beyond magnificent. I learned so much about fig trees and how it becomes an inside out fruit thanks to the female wasp, to how the Jacaranda tree grows to become the beautiful backdrop for their garden weddings and even medicinal uses of litchen. Then a refreshing walk through the rainforest to the back of the property which overlooks the lake. Thank you Franz!!!!

From the outset and throughout, this was a wonderful experience. Pre-arrival communication with Brittany made check-in and room allocation seamless (traveling with my parents). The FOH team were always warm and welcoming. The restaurant, the Long Apron, is beautiful although the temperature was quite chilly and food came a bit cool (acknowledged and addressed immediately); bedrooms also set at 19 degrees makes for a cold arrival. A note of acknowledgment to Franz and the landscaping / maintenance team - the property is well-appointed and gardens are immaculate. Thank you to everyone who made this visit extra special along with all the finer details / small touches.

The most beautiful property - accommodation, staff, restaurant, gardens. We felt so warmly welcome and our room was beyond our expectations. A huge thank you to Jack, Robert and the team for looking after us. We can't speak highly enough of how wonderful our experience was.

We had our wedding at Spicers Clovelly Estate and the team there made it perfect. From the moment we met Sharayah a year ago, where she welcomed us by name, a huge smile and a glass of bubbles and a scone, to the impeccable service of Suzanne and Rob the past weekend, the whole team went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend so special. The venue itself is spectacular with beautifully kept grounds. The rooms are amazing. Clean, big, super comfy beds. The food is incredible, as expected from a hatted restaurant. But it’s the team there that truly make this venue what it is. Sharayah, Rob, Maca, Suzanne and the rest of the team are exceptional and nothing is too much effort. A particular shout out to Suzanne who is the best and warmest host we’ve ever experienced. She is such an asset and was a highlight for us. Thank you so much to all of you for making our wedding weekend so special.

If I can add another star for the rating I would. The whole time we stayed there for our friend’s wedding was just incredible. The service, their attention to details, and the front of house team was just wonderful.
