We just had a lovely dinner at Station Road. The venue is refined, classy and impressive as you first enter the restaurant. The service is equally fantastic. We enjoyed all of the starters and entrees which were delicious and well balanced. The real let down was the pork which was severely overcooked, dried and almost impossible to cut. Some was inedible and sent back. Despite apologies from the staff, that was the end of it and we thought the kitchen could have handled it better. The desserts were unreal but the main let you down - sorry

We loved our visit to Station Road. We chose the ‘feed me’ for $80pp and the food servings were very generous in comparison with other feed me’s we have been forced to do. They were also flexible with the options we chose. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was very quiet for a Saturday lunch but we were told it usually is busier at night. That said, we made our own atmosphere and had a great time.

Great place and staff. Food is great and the service too. They have great wine selection. I love the idea that you can see the kitchen. Nice ventilated, spacious place with nice furniture. Great place for date to impress her ! ;)

The service was amazing, smooth and detailed. The team gave a warm and welcoming atmosphere and all the dishes served were phenomenal. The champaign selection is great. The chefs have outdone themselves with the dishes they prepared for me and my wife. We love the duck liver parfait served as one of our snacks, quail ballotine and the mains were just stunning, elegant and delicious. They served us a cool pre dessert which was an amazing palate cleanser. The desserts we had was beautifully presented and the flavours were exciting and just pure bliss. We had the Paris brest and plum sorbet. We'll be back again for sure 😄

The staff make this a sensational food experience. We had a delicious cocktail outside to start… the outlook is not pleasant….but once we moved inside it was stunning. The staff are next level professional. Snacks and entrees amazing. Main course fish excellent, lamb while enjoyable was served raw, although they said it was served medium rare. Dessert was exceptional. Husband had dessert served at the table with cream, pineapple and spiced rum. I ordered blue cheese which came with a basket of bread/crackers and honeycomb, quince and marmalade.. incredible. This is a special occasion restaurant .. expensive.. but fantastic! We had a cocktail each, a bottle of wine each, a snack, entree,, main , dessert each with a side of salad ! Two people ? The bill was approx $500.00.inc a good tip. Worth every penny!
