We feel so lucky to have found this place while randomly looking for a late dinner on a Sunday night. The service was warm and genuine, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cosy. The main portions were generous โ we left full and happy!! Thank you for feeding us! (Picture is korean fried chicken - japanese curry with rice)
The service was actually so amazing. The waiter was very attentive, even bringing me a chair for my bag! He was very kind and approachable. The food was simply amazing. The chicken yakitori looked exactly like the picture, and tasted delicious. We ordered okonomiyaki and Korean fried chicken to share, which tasted amazing. We were even given extra chicken for free as the side that came with the udon was apparently a smaller serving than usual. Truly a gem, and far better than all the overpriced shrinkflation meals from nearby restaurants. Good servings, good food, good service. I never write food reviews but this place was so good, I just had to! I highly recommend coming here!
Second time here, both times the food was delicious, especially the yakitori skewers with that classic flame grilled flavour, and the super crunchy fried chicken drizzled in different sauces. I LOVE the easy QR code ordering. Waitstaff all so friendly and smiley. Nice vibe inside too. The serves of fried chicken are huge, I had to take the leftovers home in a little takeaway box
WOW...we all enjoyed a delicious dinner here last night. We ordered sweet chilli Korean Fried Chicken, tuna tataki, fungi truffle okonomiyaki, unagi don, vegie don and 2 sticks each of chicken, pork & beef yakitori. Overall, the food tasted very fresh and authentic. The yakitori sticks had that irresistible char-grill taste which were very moreish. The lightly seared tuna was fantastic, as was the sweet chilli fried chicken! The crispyness of the chicken, and the sweet chilli dressing was next level! Sooo GOOD! My feedback is for the vegie don which came with shredded vegies deep-fried in batter. It tasted good but would be better if it came with individual cuts of vegies deep fried in batter. We are a family of 4 and at the end of the meal, we were very satisfied and happy with full tummies. We can't wait to come back again to try the other dishes. Highliy recommend to book ahead.
Really good food here. The fungi okonomiyaki is really tasty as the mushrooms accentuate the flavour surprisingly well and in my opinion, better than some of the meat options in other okonomiyaki Iโve had. The chickcho was fried really well but the cheese sauce overpowered the chicken quite a bit which did not really suit my palette. The takoyaki though is amazing as the insides were steaming hot with the bonito flakes being very flavourful.
