Visited Willo after waiting for almost 2 years! Everytime we called, we never got a reservation so this dinner was long awaited! The atmosphere is good, the music is great,the service is attentive so huge ++. Everyone smiled, had the same courtesy and politeness and that consistency is commendable. The entrees were fab! The crispy potatoes, zucchini flowers,scallops, the sourdough with the butter had a unique sweet castor sugarish flavour which we loved. The yellow tamarind drink was great too. We expected our mains, the primates risotto and the steak to match the entrees but sadly they didnt. The risotto wasn't cooked! I left with more than half the risotto uneaten. The steak was ok. Just a friendly note to the chefs to check the dish before serving it out. Overall, its a nice place, classy, and I wont take away the other amazing dishes we ate just because of one uncooked risotto. Will return!

It was a great pleasure dining at Willo. The ambience was great. Food was amazing amd service was great too. The drinks were delicious. Price felt slightly on the higher side initially but it is justified throughout your dining experience. An outstanding addition to the vibrant dining scenario in Parramatta.

We had the set menu and it was delicious. My least favourite was the beef skewers and basic salad but everything else was delicious. Anniversary night and it was perfect. They even gave us ice cream with happy anniversary on it. Sat outside alfresco but originally sat in front of kitchen. I didn't like that section because they used high bar chairs. I prefer normal chairs. Beautiful bar display as soon as you walk in! Service great, atmosphere nice, just expect to pay, ended up costing $360 for 2 but given we didn't need to go all the way to the city, we enjoyed it. Nice to have a five star fine dining spot in Parramatta.

Arguably, one of Sydney’s best value for money chef’s menu/degustation experiences. Looking for somewhere special to take my date on her first degustation dinner, I ended up choosing Willo, seeing as we were staying in Penrith. While the venue has more hustle and bustle compared to some other fine dining restaurants I’ve been to, and the tables are probably a bit close together if you’re seeking real intimacy/privacy, it still serves up a great dining experience. They cater to larger groups as well and offer a variety of seating options including an area closer to the open kitchen, which I might opt for in a second opportunity. The service from our main waiter was affable, and attentive, even though he was obviously very busy with other tables. The chef’s menu was a fabulous opportunity to try multiple starters and entrees, choose a main course to share, and share the dessert also. Every dish was well presented, and more importantly, the flavour combinations really worked, and the garnishes added delightful textures that made the dishes really pop and sing. So many stand outs among the courses, but worthy of special mention is the kingfish ceviche, the toasted sourdough with burnt honey butter, and the wagyu skewers. We didn’t, but I think you could easily pay a little extra to have either mushroom or pepper sauce with your scotch fillet main course, which I would do a second time round. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable and very good value for money for a degustation experience. Highly recommended.

We had the most delightful dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the chef’s selection. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor, with the house sourdough, chicken and scotch fillet being an absolute highlight. The dessert was beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, with our water glasses constantly refilled and a thoughtful choice between still or sparkling. The ambience was charming and inviting, making for a perfect evening. Highly recommended! Parking was also convenient, just a short 200m walk away.
